Indefinite Leave to Remain

Requesting legal advice often relates to situations when we are feeling anxious, we may not fully understand the laws, or simply we feel we are fighting alone. That at least was my case, and Laura and her team went above and beyond to support me in my last step to remain in the UK.Not only highly competent but truly empathetic. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Spouse Visa

Laura is a great immigration lawyer for visas and very knowledgable. She has gone out of her way to make sure I was looked after during some difficult moments, both when I first applied during COVID back in 2020 and now with my extension. I fully recommend as she is super friendly and works hard to make sure everything is in order for your application and really helps when it comes to a process that otherwise would be impossible without her. Thank you so much Lau! It is always a pleasure to deal with you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the great work you do

Ask for a advice from our immigration specialists.

Please be careful and check before giving your money and documents to any company or individual. Sadly there are many unregulated immigration scammers out there taking advantage of immigrants in the UK, particularly those who are undocumented. You can find a list of all regulated advisors at the Immigration Advise Authority portal portal.

Be careful!

Unfortunately, there are an increasing number of scammers trying to take advantage of immigrants and their families. We urge you to get advice from regulated advisors and registered lawyers. Visit the Adviser Finder portal run by the Goverment to verify you are contacting a regulated advisor before paying for any service. Our registration number is F201200585.

Morales Advisory Services is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide immigration advice at level 1 (Registration Number: F201200585).  MAS is also member of the Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association (ILPA) and the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants.
